the most overcrowded, claustrophobic trains i have used. seat reservation details for those without one is totally useless and lack of table space

6.58 from sta to wolv yesterday. train manager was great. cheerful announcements first thing in the morning!

no catering on 17:15 southampton ctr 2 birmingham new st - you must be joking!
Please accept our apologies if you were not offered refreshments. A trolley service operates on many of our trains between Birmingham and Southampton.

i am on the 14.11 nottingham to cardiff train. trevor is your train host, he is fantastic his service is first class and he is very good with all ages

- hi. i have just stood all the way from york to newcastle on the 16.31. many other passengers did too. they also said it is a regular occurrence

what has happened to advance tickets between sot and man? usually available until the night before but nothing at all now even looking a week ahead.
We've been reviewing our pricing on short distance journeys and they will be re-introduced soon.

no seat bookings due to failed electrics in coach f and no catering on 2 hour journey home again... two week running same issues same train same time!
Sorry to hear your journey had some problems. Sometimes the onboard computer doesn't receive all the information necessary to show reservations. We do advertise which journeys have catering; do let us know if yours was one of these and we'll look into it for you.

i booked a ticket for 1637 train newcastle to edinburgh for f29a - no coach no seat so standing now!!!!!!!! angry and in pain

on train from derby to birmingham. only two carriages. no room for my suitcase. loads of people having to stand up.

im on the delayed 16:45 bristol tm to penzance train. there about 100+ people with out seats. its unsafe. your trains are always terrible when i use them
