To view the mobile site, use the web browser on your phone to go to m.crosscountrytrains.co.uk
Alternatively just go to our normal web address from your mobile and we will automatically re-route you to the mobile version.
How to buy tickets using your mobile
Buying a ticket using your mobile is easy - especially with our new and improved booking process.
Register an account with CrossCountry - if you don't already have an account with CrossCountry, you will need to sign up first. This includes providing your main contact details so we can set up your account for you.
Use your mobile to purchase tickets - once registered you can buy tickets for future journeys using your mobile. Simply go to m.crosscountrytrains.co.uk and click on 'Find a train'.
You simply collect your tickets at the station, and you're ready to start your journey.
You will receive your booking confirmation e-mail up to two hours after making your booking. Your ticket collection reference will be in your confirmation e-mail and stored in your account on the mobile site. Tickets cannot be collected before you have this booking reference.
