These tickets offer excellent value for money. To offer such attractive fares we have to attach a small number of terms and conditions to their use. For your information these are detailed below.

It is essential that you read these terms and conditions carefully, you will be charged the full open fare if you have an invalid ticket for your journey:

  1. This offer is only available at www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk
  2. This offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  3. XC Trains Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice
  4. Your ticket(s) are only valid on the services shown on your ticket and reservation confirmation, the discount does not apply to any connecting journey with an alternate Train Company.
  5. Changes to travel plans:
    If you change your travel plans, this can be done for travel on an alternative service for the applicable administration fee, subject to availability for later services only. However, you can also amend your ticket on the day of travel for the applicable administration fee plus any difference in the costs of the ticket held and the cheapest appropriate 'anytime' fare. Please ask when purchasing your ticket for further information.
  6. You may not break and resume your journey at an intermediate station except to change to/from appropriate connecting trains where these are shown on your ticket(s) or other official itinerary.
  7. Your ticket is non-refundable, should you decide not to use it.
