Lost something?
Don't worry, we'll do all we can to try and help reunite you with any lost property. If you think you've left something on a train operated by CrossCountry please call our Customer Relations Team, or send an email, giving as many details as possible about the item, train service and location where the item might be found. If you believe you left the item at a station, our team will be able to provide you with contact details for the relevant station operating company.
