It's a ticket, it's a booking office, it's live train times

Our new Train Tickets app is the one stop shop to look up train times, check real-time running information, get prices and buy train tickets for the whole National Rail network.

We've taken the stress out of queuing at the station or waiting for the post to arrive as you can buy train tickets direct on the app and either have your CrossCountry Advance ticket delivered straight to the app as an m-ticket or you can collect other tickets from a self service ticket machine at the station. Perfect for when you're strapped for time and on the go.

Your m-ticket (or your collection reference, for tickets to be collected at self-service ticket machines) will be found in the Ticket wallet within the app. If you have an account with us your bookings will also be shown in 'My Account' on the app and on our website from where you can print your booking information.

Plus, it's free to download and we won't charge you a booking fee.

Update - we have now added more great features to our app, customers can now view web purchases via the app, add and amend seat reservations, and purchase an m-ticket on the day of travel. Just look out for the update on your handset.
