CrossCountry mobile site

Use our mobile website to get train information and tickets quickly and easily whilst on the go.

We offer a special version of our website for mobile browsing, making it very easy to get the information you need while using your mobile phone, PDA, BlackBerry® smartphone or Apple iPhone. 

The mobile site includes live travel updates, ticket booking, station information, customer service information and latest news, all in short, simple formats making it easy to read and browse whilst travelling.

We will work out the best way to show our mobile site on your handset, and you still have the option to browse the full website as well.

How to navigate to the mobile site

To view the mobile site just go to our normal web address from your mobile and we will automatically re-route you to the mobile version.

How to buy tickets using your mobile

Buying a ticket using your mobile is easy - especially with our new and improved booking process.

Register an account with CrossCountry - if you don't already have an account with CrossCountry, you will need to sign up first. This includes providing your main contact details so we can set up your account for you.

Use your mobile to purchase tickets - once registered you can buy tickets for future journeys using your mobile. Simply go to m.crosscountrytrains.co.uk and click on 'Find a train'.

You simply collect your tickets at the station, and you're ready to start your journey.

You will receive your booking reference via email approximately two hours after booking. Tickets cannot be collected before you have this booking reference. If you choose a postal delivery option, tickets will be sent via the appropriate postal method (eg next day delivery) to the delivery address you specified in your account settings.
