The third CrossCountry 'Meet the Manager' session of the year took place on 25 September 2012 via the official CrossCountry Facebook page.
With a wide-ranging assortment of questions and feedback, these sessions are a valuable opportunity for CrossCountry's senior managers to hear directly from people that use or have an opinion about our services.
Questions in this session included whether new trains were possible now or in the future to cater for increasing demand; better journey times, especially to compete with the high-speed lines out of London; and whether WiFi could be installed on the Turbostar trains. The answer to these an all other questions can be seen on our Facebook page.
The next Meet the Manager session will take place on Monday 17 December 2012 between 17.00 and 20.00.
