With a wide-ranging assortment of questions and feedback, these sessions are a valuable opportunity for CrossCountry's senior managers to hear directly from people that use or have an opinion about our services.
Questions in this session included whether new trains were possible now or in the future to cater for increasing demand; better journey times, especially to compete with the high-speed lines out of London; and whether WiFi could be installed on the Turbostar trains.
