Why have I not received a full refund for tickets I purchased when I left my Season ticket at home?

If you bought a new ticket because you had forgotten your Season ticket, you can apply for a refund on the additional ticket. On the first occasion, you are entitled to a full refund; on the second occasion, you are entitled to a full refund subject to an administration fee; and on the third (and subsequent) occasion(s) in a 12-month period, you are not entitled to a refund.
