How do I collect tickets for my Smartcard?

Once you've purchased online, you can collect your ticket in one of 3 ways:

At the station

To collect your ticket at your chosen station, simply tap your card onto the gate reader, ticket vending machine, or validator (bearing the yellow sticker). In some cases you may need to validate it at the ticket office.  

At a PayPoint location

You may find it convenient to collect your tickets at a PayPoint location near you. Simply hand your Smartcard to a member of staff, who will fulfill your product using the PayPoint terminal.

On your Android device

You can fulfill your tickets to your Smartcard using the CrossCountry app on Android devices. Simply follow the instructions, tap your card on the back of your phone, and you are ready to travel.
