How do I collect tickets for my Smartcard?
Once you've purchased online, you can collect your ticket in one of 3 ways:

At the station
To collect your ticket at your chosen station, simply tap your card on the gate reader, ticket vending machine, or validator which bears the yellow sticker. In some cases you will need to validate at the ticket office itself. If you need further help at the station, simply ask a member of staff.
At a PayPoint location
You may find it convenient to collect your tickets at a PayPoint location nearer to you rather than a busy station. Just hand your Smartcard to the member of staff, and they will be able to fulfill your product using the PayPoint terminal. You can find your local PayPoint location at consumer.paypoint.com/
On your Android device
You can also fulfill your tickets to your Smartcard within the CrossCountry Train Tickets app on Android. Simply follow the instructions, tap your card on the back of your phone, and you're ready to travel. As this method uses NFC technology it is only available on Android devices.
