Can I collect my tickets from any self-service ticket machine?

Your ticket should be collected from the selected self-service ticket machine during the booking process.

Most stations have the facilities to collect from a self-service ticket machine. Visit our Stations page, where you can search for further information on your required station. 

Please carry the debit/credit card that was used to purchase the ticket along with the ticket collection reference.
