Station Finder

  1. The Promoter of this free prize draw is CrossCountry whose correspondence address is 5th Floor, Cannon House, 18 Priory Queensway, Birmingham B4 6BS.
  2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents in receipt of a ‘May Half-Term’ email on the 16th May 2018 (the “E-mail”), except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before entering.
  3. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. All entries must be submitted by clicking the link in the Email sent to you notifying you of this prize draw. Entries are limited to one per person.
  4. The opening date for entries is 12noon on 16th May 2018. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on 23rd May 2018. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 28th May 2018 ("Draw Date").
  7. There will be one winner who will receive a ‘4 for £80 offer day pass’ for two adults and two children to Drayton Manor; and two adult and two child off peak first class return train tickets for travel anywhere on the Promoter’s rail network ( 
  8. Dates and time for travel are subject to availability and the winner must give the Promoter at least ten (10) working days’ notice prior to the intended date of travel. Travel must be completed within six (6) months of the winner being notified of their win and is subject to the National Rail Conditions of Travel (
  9. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel on their chosen dates.
  10. The train tickets will be sent to the winner by First Class post not less than three (3) working days before their selected travel date, provided that the winner has given the Promoter the required notice in accordance with clause eight (8) above.
  11. The winner must book their choice of visit using the Promoter’s agency, McCann Manchester Limited of Bonis Hall, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 4EF. Further details of how to do this will be provided to the winner by the Promoter at the time the winner is notified of their win. Any bookings will be subject to availability, any terms and conditions imposed by McCann Manchester Limited and any terms and conditions imposed by Drayton Manor.
  12. An e-ticket or gift code in respect of the winner’s chosen visit will be emailed to the winner by McCann Manchester within fourteen (14) of days of the winner selecting their choice of visit in accordance with clause elven (11) above. The winner will need to notify McCann Manchester of the intended date of their visit to Drayton Manor. The chosen visit will be subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Drayton Manor and it is the responsibility of the winner to familiarise themselves with such.
  13. Any costs incidental to the fulfilment of the prize (other than the delivery of such) are the responsibility of the winner.
  14. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within fourteen (14) days of the Draw Date. The winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  15. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
  17. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  18. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at CrossCountry Registered Customer FPD, CrossCountry, 5th Floor, Cannon House, 18 Priory Queensway, Birmingham B4 6BS within four (4) weeks of the Draw Date.
  19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  22. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
  23. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
  24. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
