You can buy tickets on our free Train Tickets app, where you can also check real-time running information, get fares and buy tickets for the whole National Rail network.

Free WiFi in First Class

WiFi access is complimentary when you travel First Class with us. Travelling First Class means you can also enjoy larger, reclining seats, more table space and a calm environment. Plus, on many services, enjoy a range of complimentary food and drink served to you at your seat by your First Class Host.

If you are travelling on CrossCountry services you can review and change your seating options by clicking on your specified seat and then using our seat plan to select your own seat.

Receiving your tickets

If you are buying CrossCountry Advance tickets through our website, you could choose to receive your tickets as an e-ticket, which you print at home. Or if you buy though our Train Tickets app, you can have your CrossCountry Advance tickets delivered straight to the app as an m-ticket.
