Cardiff Airport Travel Connections

The simplest start to your international travel is to hop on board a CrossCountry service to Cardiff Central, but if you prefer to travel by alternative transport options there are plenty of ways to reach the Welsh travel hub.

By road, the airport is well connected. Located just 13 miles west of Cardiff city centre, you can reach the airport via the M4. Once you arrive, there are plenty of options – either make use of the drop off/pick up area just outside the terminal or park in the three car parks which offer varying durations.

You can also make use of two bus services which operate directly to the airport – the 905 operates to Rhoose Station, while the 304 runs through Barry and to Cardiff to connect you to the rest of Wales. Alternatively, to reach your destination directly, FlightLink Wales operates taxis from the airport.
