Category A. Both platforms are accessible with a footbridge and lifts connecting platform 1 (to Chester) and platform 2 (to Holyhead). Step-free access is also available separately via a ramp from the north car park to Platform 1, and walkway from the south car park to Platform 2. |

Buses to many locations including the main bus station leave from outside the booking hall. Stop H for buses towards Caernarfon and Anglesey is a 2 minute walk from the booking office, on Caernarfon Road. |
