When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Ticket Office, located on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station. |

RNIB Map for all located just to the left of the station entry doors. Please note that between Monday 9 September and Sunday 1 December 2024, there will be no step-free access to platforms 1 and 2 due to essential upgrade work to replace the lifts at this station.
