Staff help |
Outside the times the ticket office is open, some services operate with a guard who can provide assistance, however this would not be available if the train was in driver only operation. Mobile assistance teams operate within the area and can be available for booked assistance between 0600 and 2100 Mon-Sat and 0800-2000 Sundays. Booking is recommended. Outside of these times alternative transport will be provided (via the help point in the instance of turn up and go). Staff help section needs to read the same. |
