This station has step free access to both platforms. However, please note that it is a long walking route from the ticket office to Platform 2 (for trains towards Norwich) if you can't use the stepped footbridge between platforms. There is a shorter route via a barrow crossing across the track which can only be used with staff assistance, so please allow plenty of time for your journey. This station is a category B2 station according to ORR station classification system https://www.orr.gov.uk/media/10955 Assistance meeting point is the ticket office. |
