The main waiting room is located in the station building on Platform 1 (for trains towards London). There is another waiting room on Platform 2 (for trains towards Norwich), and this is available for customers to use between the hours of 05:30-19:00 Monday to Friday, 05:30-19:30 on Saturday's, and 07:30-19:30 on Sunday's.

This station has step free access to both platforms. However, please note that it is a long walking route from the ticket office to Platform 2 (for trains towards Norwich) if you can't use the stepped footbridge between platforms. There is a shorter route via a barrow crossing across the track which can only be used with staff assistance, so please allow plenty of time for your journey.
