When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Ticket Office, located on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station. |

Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary. |
