Macclesfield Platform: Level access from station front through ticket office or side gate straight onto platform. Manchester Platform: Level access from car park through gate straight onto platform. Access between platforms via footbridge up 31 steps across bridge and down 30 steps with rest landings and handrails both sides, or via Chester Road overbridge .
