No This station has step free access to all platforms. This station is a category A station according to the Office of Rail and Road station classification system https://www.orr.gov.uk/media/10955. Retford has an RNIB 'Map for All' located outside the main entrance to the left of the doors. Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary. |
