This is a Category B3 station: Step free access to platform 1 only (to London) via a ramp from the car park. General access to both platforms is via steps from the main entrance. The Assistance Meeting Point is at the front of the station, next to the ticket machine. This station does not have tactile surfaces along all platform edges.
