You can book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey when travelling on South Western Railway. Planning in advance isn't always possible so do not worry if you haven't booked - please make yourself known to the Guard, who will step out onto the platform when the train arrives. There is step-free access from Beauclerk Green to Platform 2 (for trains towards Basingstoke) via a short ramp at a gradient of approximately 1:10, and a separate entrance. There is no step-free access between platforms. |
