There is step free access from the carpark to Platform 1 (for trains towards Lowestoft) only, with no step free access from the carpark to Platform 2 (for trains towards Ipswich) via the station as there is a stepped footbridge between the platforms. Step free access is available to Platform 2 via the level crossing on an unmarked road off Quayside (passing the boat sales sheds on the left) although it is approximately 200 metres or a four-minute walk from the car park to the platform. Storage location | There are three cycle stands outside the entrance to the station, near the bus stop shelter and next to the white wooden fencing. There are also two cycle stands and three cycle lockers on Platform 1 (for trains towards Lowestoft) underneath the footbridge steps. |
