Things to do at Paultons Park

Paultons Park is home to a wide range of exhilarating rides and themed worlds, most famously, Peppa Pig World. With nine rides and a multitude of different activities to take part in, there is plenty to take in even just at Peppa Pig World. Take the little ones to visit their favourite sites from the show such as Granddad Dogs Garage and even take a walk around Peppa Pigs House!

Beyond Peppa Pig World, there are also lots of other themed worlds including a Wild Lands Zoo. This is where all types of wildlife native to the Savannah can be seen and where visitors learn more about the extensive nature of that part of Africa. There is also Tornado Springs, where visitors can take a trip to America right in the middle of the New Forest. From thrilling rides to a classic American style diner, Tornado Springs is perfect for big kids and little kids alike.

The fun doesn’t stop there though, with Lost Kingdom and Critter Creek also giving any little adventurer plenty of opportunities to explore. The Lost Kingdom gives budding archaeologists the chance to dig for fossils, whilst the Critter Creek lets kids explore a real-life bug emporium with fascinating and unusual insects, fish and lizards. With famous rides such as the Cat-O-Pillar Coaster in Critter Creek and the Velociraptor ride in the Lost Kingdom world, there’s no chance of the excitement running out in any of these themed worlds.

There is always something to look forward to at Paultons Park outside of the regular rides, with exciting events running throughout the year. There are seasonal events such as Halloween Spooktacular and Christmas at Paultons Park, alongside year-round events like penguin and meerkat feeding and the ALIVE! Dinosaur Encounter to look forward to besides the exhilarating rides.

For those travelling to Paultons Park from afar, there are plenty of options to stay a night or two. With family friendly hotels and campsites in the surrounding area, a day out can quickly turn into a family getaway to remember. It is advised to book accommodation as well as tickets to Paultons Park in advance, especially during busy times like half-term as the park can get busier during these times. Don’t let the crowds get in the way though, as there is rarely more than a fifteen-minute wait for any of the rides during peak times.

About Paultons Park

Since its opening in 1983, Paultons Park has gone from strength to strength. Rides and rollercoasters have come and gone over that time, but one thing has remained the same, the Mancey family have owned and operated the theme park since the very beginning. They have overseen every change of the park and have ushered in new and exciting themed worlds and rides to keep the theme park as relevant and popular as ever.

Sprawled across 140 acres of land, Paultons Park makes the most of the space available within an idyllic setting like the New Forest. Alongside the wide range of over seventy rides and attractions, there is also indoor and outdoor play areas, water parks as well as animals from all over the world, enough to entertain kids of any age.
