You can purchase WiFi access time on-board through the pages when you first access the WiFi system, or, for selected tariffs as indicated above, pay by SMS through your phone.

Plus, if you're travelling First Class, you can enjoy complimentary WiFi access!


Getting online…

Once on board, follow these four simple steps:

  1. Look for the WiFi labels on board - only those trains fitted with WiFi will have these labels.
  2. Enable WiFi on your device (this can usually be done via your device's settings menu).
  3. Select "CrossCountryWiFi" from the available networks and click "Connect".
  4. Open your web browser and follow the on-screen instructions.
