Lost property

If you've left something on a CrossCountry train or at a station, we'll do all we can to help.

Whether you've left something on a CrossCountry train or at a station, you can call our Customer Relations Team on 03447 369123 or email us at lost.property@crosscountrytrains.co.uk.

Please give us as many details as possible about the item in your enquiry. We will help you find the right people to contact to try and reunite you with your belongings.

If you left an item on a CrossCountry train...

...let us know the time and destination of the train you were on, as well as where you boarded. We will then give you the contact details for the train company responsible for the station where the train terminated.

Please contact the relevant train company if you left anything on a train not operated by CrossCountry.

If you left an item at a station...

...tell us which station that was and we'll provide you with contact details for the relevant train company for that station so that they can investigate further.
