Advice for rail users affected by RMT action: 27 September until 1 October
The RMT Union has announced further industrial action that would affect CrossCountry services from the start of Friday 27 September until the end of Tuesday 1 October. We remain in discussions with the RMT to seek a resolution and customers are advised to check our website for the latest travel information.
If this action goes ahead then on most days there would be little impact on our services. However, services on Sunday 29 September would be severely restricted. Seat reservations have been suspended and alternative arrangements are being prepared and will be made available here when finalised.

Getting your CrossCountry complimentary First Class ticket

To get your CrossCountry First Class complimentary ticket, click the ‘Buy tickets’ button to reveal the ‘Find your train’ panel. Enter your journey details in this section and then click ‘Find my train’.
Please note that only one single ticket can be ordered at a time, therefore you are unable to add a return journey.
On clicking 'Search', you'll go through to a screen requesting your PIN code. Your unique PIN code is shown on the letter enclosed with these instructions. You must enter your PIN code exactly as shown and click 'Continue'.
Once the PIN has been validated, you will be able to continue to select the train you wish to travel on.
