It offers 1/3 off the cost of train journeys around the UK and is a railcard for two people who travel by train together regularly. Whether you always catch the train to work with the same colleague, love going on daytrips with your partner, or enjoy visiting new cities with a friend, the Two Together Railcard makes it easier and more affordable to travel as a duo.
The Two Together Railcard is for two named cardholders, and it can only be used when the two passengers are travelling together. The Railcard cannot be used when travelling separately, and your discount cannot be applied to tickets for other passengers.

How to Get a Two Together Railcard
Two Together Railcards only cost £30 for a year. Between two cardholders, that saves you a third of your train tickets for the whole year for only £15 each!
You can purchase a Two Together Railcard at staffed train station ticket offices.
You can purchase a Digital Railcard, which you use through the free Railcard app. You can purchase a physical Railcard, which will be delivered by post.

How to Use a Two Together Railcard
Applying your Two Together Railcard to CrossCountry train tickets is simple!
- When both cardholders are travelling together, you are eligible to use your Two Together Railcard.
- You can add you Railcard when purchasing train tickets either at a ticket office, ticket machine, online, or using the CrossCountry app.
- When purchasing online or through the app, apply your Two Together Railcard discount by selecting the Two Together Railcard to ensure you’re applying the right discount.
- When purchasing at a ticket machine or ticket office, either select your Railcard or ask the attendant to add it to your purchase before paying to ensure that the correct discount is added.
- When asked by attendants or train staff, you must have your Railcard ready to show. If you have a Digital Railcard, please ensure your device has enough battery before travelling.
