The safety of our customers and colleagues is our top priority so things will look a little differently, to begin with.

Here is what to expect on-board with us:

  • Catering will only be provided from a static location at one end of the train – we won’t be coming through the train with the catering trolley for the time being.
  • On-board colleagues will make regular announcements to let customers know when and where to find our catering trolley.
  • The catering products available will be a reduced range of hot and cold soft drinks and snacks – full details can be found here.
