What happens if my train is delayed?
We know how frustrating it can be to get to the station and find out your train has been delayed. We aim to provide the most punctual service possible, and if your train is delayed by 30 minutes or more, you are entitled to compensation through our delay repay. To help alleviate the risk of this happening, you can use the live departures and arrivals page or the CrossCountry App to get real-time live updates from any train station in Great Britain. If your train is delayed, we will tell you when it’s due. If your train is cancelled, we’ll let you know when the next train will arrive.
If you are travelling today, you may also want to check the travel updates page to see if there are any disruptions on your route.
