In recent months we’ve participated in several ‘Meet the Manager’ events at stations, including Birmingham New Street. We also joined our Hereward Community Rail Partners at ‘Meet the Manager’ events they arranged at Ely and Peterborough stations, in collaboration with other local Train Operators.
These events are an opportunity to take helpful feedback from customers back into the business. These locations saw many people telling us they were delighted to learn about our exciting plans to fully refurbish our fleet of 29 Turbostar trains by the end of 2026. Some customers made suggestions about improving signage and wayfinding for passengers changing trains at these important interchange locations.
