Long Service Awards:
- 10 years, 25 years & 40 Years of service: To show you how much we value your support, hard work and ongoing commitment, CrossCountry awards each employee who has reached 10 years, 25 years and 40 years' service with a certificate and vouchers.
- 15 years of service: We also acknowledge employees who have reached 15 years' service with us by awarding them and their partners/dependants with 1st class XC travel passes.
Retirement
If you are lucky enough to retire whilst being employed by CrossCountry then the business awards you with a certificate and vouchers.
Long Service & Retirement Event
CrossCountry, also arranges a Long Service and Retirement event each year which is held to celebrate all retirees and their partners within that year and to thank all employees and their partners with 25 years and 40 years' service.

Colleagues and teams that demonstrate high levels of proficiency in all behaviours expected from their role or team. These individuals will have directly and positively influenced our business through outstanding customer service, improving our performance or been an integral part of an event or project outside of their usual day to day activities

A significant force for good
Colleagues and teams that demonstrate significant support to the smooth running of the business in a positive, flexible and pro-active manner, or who have reacted to an unforeseen event with professionalism and dedication.
Cleaner of the Month
We have a nationwide network full of colleagues working in line with our company values: we care passionately, we make the difference and we do the right thing.
In recent months, we have been considering how we recognise and reward colleagues who do a consistently fantastic job, or who have done something above and beyond what is expected of them.
we are now delighted to launch a distinct awards initiative to specifically recognise some of the business’ unsung heroes: our cleaners.
Working alongside our cleaning partners, CHELA, we've created the 'Cleaner of the Month' awards. These awards are designed to let colleagues nominate one of their cleaning colleagues for going the extra mile or doing something amazing.
Each month, all nominations will be presented to a panel to decide on the winner for that month. The winner will receive a £50 voucher to be presented locally by a senior leader. Each year, we'll then host a 'Cleaner of the Year' awards where winners from each month, alongside colleagues who have been nominated multiple times, will be invited to an awards ceremony. One colleague will walk away as Cleaner of the Year and with £200 in vouchers.
